What you'll do
- Develop engineers on the team, providing them with formative experience and direction.
- Recruit great engineers in collaboration with our staff and recruiting team.
- Contribute towards scalable and resilient observability architecture
- Work with engineering teams to provide best practices and guidance on observability strategies.
- Collaborate with our Developer Experience team on contributions to our internal developer platform to provide self-service capabilities and the implementation of various observability metrics
- Partner with Vendor Management and Finance for contract negotiations and renewals
- Maintain a prioritized roadmap for our Observability platform and tools
