It depends on what/how much you order and the location you wish the order to be shipped. Shipping prices are provided at the checkout once you provide your shipping information.
Each item is processed after you place the order, so they are all made for you exclusively. We provide the size guide for each apparel item, so you could be sure that the size fits well. International orders take much longer for shipping and processing. In some cases international orders can take up to 8 weeks to be delivered. If the tracking information hasn't updated recently, it is more than likely still making its way there. Once it arrives at that next destination, the package will be scanned and the tracking information will update. If it has been over 8 weeks since it has been updated, let us know and we can try shipping your order again at no additional cost to you.
Our shipping cost does not include import or customs taxes. This is a common occurrence for international orders and unfortunately, we have no control over them.
Depending on the shipping address you provide, the applicable taxes are calculated to the specific country automatically and will be visible at the checkout.
No, the store is not a source of profit for us. We keep a 5-10% margin on most products to buffer operations costs and we reinvest everything left into community initiatives. The goal of the store is solely to provide our community members with swag.
