  • Architecture planning for Cloud, Big Data, and AI systems.
  • Close collaboration with teams, including Requirements Engineering and Support.
  • Design and implement measures to increase developer productivity.
  • Implementation of proven practices from Site Reliability Engineering.
  • Operational support and error analysis in hybrid cloud infrastructure.

The Successful Applicant:

  • Completed degree in Computer Science or a related field, including career changers.
  • Knowledge of modern Cloud/DevOps topics (e.g., AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Ansible).
  • Experience in database administration and with Big Data systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, S3, ElasticSearch, Spark).
  • Preferably, knowledge of streaming (Confluent Kafka Platform).
  • Advantageous: knowledge of advanced network and monitoring management (SRE, AWS Network, Nginx, Istio, Knative, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK-Stack, Jaeger).
  • Advantageous: IT security experience (e.g., OAuth, Policies, RBACs, Secrets, Hardening).
  • Conversational proficiency in German and/or English, team integration.
