Ultimately, the role of the Senior Platform Engineer is to build (and enable their teammates to build) high-quality, performant and well-tested infrastructure solutions and internal tooling that complies with coding standards and quality expectations of the leadership team and our clients.

What you'll do:
- Take a technical leadership role on features and team roadmaps.
- Large group communications and presentations.
- Work with the architecture team to develop maintainable, effective, and efficient solutions.
- Help to onboard and mentor other engineers on the team.
- Maintain a high level of productivity while making significant contributions to infrastructure, CI/CD, and internal tooling initiatives.
- Participate in a rigorous code review process, including giving and receiving critical feedback.
- Work directly with internal engineering teams to understand gaps in our shared infrastructure and tooling.
- Write well-designed, well-tested code.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
