This job is about being a Platform Engineer (SaaS) in the company that does data protection solutions; you will do design, implementation, and maintenance of cloud-native services and infrastructure to support Veeam's SaaS offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain cloud-native services and infrastructure
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform
- Automate operational tasks
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application issues
- Collaborate with development teams to improve service reliability
- Participate in on-call rotation
- Contribute to the design and implementation of monitoring and alerting systems
- Implement security best practices
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a DevOps or Platform Engineering role
- Strong knowledge of Linux systems administration
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Proficiency with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices
- Scripting skills (Python, Bash)
- Understanding of networking concepts
- Experience with monitoring tools
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
