You will oversee and grow our existing DevOps and Developer Experience (DevEx) teams, ensuring they are equipped to deliver high-quality infrastructure and tools that enable our engineers to deliver value faster and more reliably.

Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience managing technical teams, including DevOps, DevEx, Platform, or Infrastructure Engineering groups.
- Experience with Platform Engineering practices and strategies, with a focus on enabling developer productivity.
- Familiarity with container orchestration (Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Hands-on experience in infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform, Pulumi) and automation frameworks.
- Experience with observability tools like Datadog, Prometheus, or similar.
- Solid understanding of cloud computing, microservices, and system design.
- Experience with modern development environments, preferably in Go, TypeScript, or Python.
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
