Lead the platform engineering efforts at Yalo by bringing modern Platform Engineering practices, such as building scalable and reliable internal platforms, to help accelerate our product teams. You will oversee and grow our existing DevOps and Developer Experience (DevEx) teams, ensuring they are equipped to deliver high-quality infrastructure and tools that enable our engineers to deliver value faster and more reliably.

Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience managing technical teams, including DevOps, DevEx, Platform, or Infrastructure Engineering groups.
- Experience with Platform Engineering practices and strategies, with a focus on enabling developer productivity.
- Familiarity with container orchestration (Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Hands-on experience in infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform, Pulumi) and automation frameworks.
- Experience with observability tools like Datadog, Prometheus, or similar.
- Solid understanding of cloud computing, microservices, and system design.
- Experience with modern development environments, preferably in Go, TypeScript, or Python.
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
