Senior Platform Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain infrastructure automation for Celonis' cloud-native platform
- Improve developer experience by creating tools and workflows that enable teams to deploy and operate their services
- Implement and maintain observability solutions to ensure operational excellence
- Collaborate with product engineering teams to understand their infrastructure needs
- Contribute to the evolution of Celonis' platform architecture
- Participate in on-call rotations to ensure platform reliability
Requirements:
- Experience with infrastructure automation using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and containerization technologies
- Familiarity with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows
- Programming skills in languages like Go, Python, or similar
- Understanding of observability concepts and tools (monitoring, logging, tracing)
- Knowledge of security best practices for cloud-native applications
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment with distributed teams
