As a member of our Customer Success Flock, you play a key role in helping our customers achieve their platform engineering goals. You help our customers build and manage internal platforms with our Cloud Foundation Platform meshStack. With our product we empower thousands of engineers, making their day-to-day work more flexible, easier, and safer while staying in control.

- Identifying key challenges in any given customer situation is your superpower
- You are an expert at finding the perfect technical concept to each challenge and can explain your approach to customers in an easy-to-understand way
- You are ready to build solutions for and with customers hands-on, applying the concepts you designed
- You leverage your technical skills for putting together showcases as well as implementing production critical systems managing thousands of cloud environments
- Prior platform engineering, consulting or customer success experience in a product company
- Strong Experience working with Platform Orchestration and Automation technologies (e.g. OpenTofu, K8s)
- You communicate confidently and independently with technical experts and business stakeholders on the customer side
- You support our Sales team with technical knowledge not only about the product but customized solutions that meet the clients’ needs
- German at native speaker level (C2), fluent in English (C1)
