The Infrastructure Transformation team within HashiCorp’s Internal Platform Services organization is at the forefront of redefining how we operate and support our internal customers. By driving large-scale infrastructure advancements, we design, develop, and deploy forward-thinking solutions that provide the foundation for HashiCorp’s cloud products.
Basic experience required:
- Professional experience in backend software development within cloud environments, with a focus on platform engineering.
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages like Go and experience with infrastructure in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with microservices architectures, especially at a global scale, and with infrastructure management and operations lifecycle concepts.
- Expertise in building and supporting production infrastructure for large-scale SaaS applications.
- Proficiency in platform engineering, adopting IaC practices, and leveraging immutable infrastructure.
- Experience with source management tools (e.g., Git) and a collaborative communication style for diverse teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills, a customer-centric mindset, and enthusiasm for learning new technologies and methodologies.
