Abdel is a senior Cloud Developer Advocate @Google Cloud. A co-host of the Kubernetes Podcast by Google and a CNCF Ambassador. His focused areas are GKE/Kubernetes, Service Mesh, and Serverless. Abdel started his career in data centers and infrastructure in Morocco, where he is originally from, before moving to Google's largest EU data center in Belgium. Then in Sweden, he joined Google Cloud Professional Services and spent five years working with Google Cloud customers on architecting and designing large-scale distributed systems before turning to advocacy and community work.

Jon has worked his way through three platform technology paradigm shifts from bare metal, to VMs, to cloud, to containers in different high growth environments. Experienced as individual contributor, CTO and Tribe Lead Global Platform with distributed teams across multiple development hubs.

He has over 12+ years of experience, with last 5+ years building, managing and selling internal platforms. Before EY, Turja was in Accenture where he led the Global CCoE ( Cloud Centre of Excellence ) for a Beauty client, and PwC where he was working as a Consultant. Ajay has 3+ decades of technology leadership experience and currently the CTO & MD at Brillio, a digital transformation company, privately held and supported by Bain Capital & Orogen Group. He is the co-author of Effective Platform Engineering, a unique platform Engineering practioner's book from Manning Publications. A regular speaker and panelist, as well as a prolific writer of blogs and other relevant publications, his current interests are around improving developer productivity using domain-driven platform engineering. Ajay is a trained computer scientist with significant technology leadership experience and advanced degrees in business and technology management.
