Fiserv platform engineering team spent 3 entire days with our expert trainer to align their internal platform vision and iron out differences among stakeholders.
Together, they crafted a joint vision to successfully advocate across stakeholder groups, and designed a Minimum Viable Platform to advance in their platform engineering journey.
