Hands-on platform therapy
The Prime Therapeutics team spent two days working with our trainer to get united on the best practices of Platform Engineering, as well as to improve inter-team communication, understanding, and collaboration.
Through a series of hands-on workshops and classroom time, the large team worked collaboratively on understanding pain points within their engineering organization, aligning on business value for their PE initiative, and deciding on the next steps for designing and building an MVP.
